Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Concrete Contractors of Grand Prairie, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description and Referral Role

This website functions as a marketing and referral service connecting prospective customers with concrete construction providers. We do not directly perform construction work. When you submit an inquiry:

• Your contact information is forwarded to Inner Loop Construction, our designated service provider
• Inner Loop Construction will contact you to discuss your project requirements
• All actual construction work, estimates, contracts, and warranties are provided by Inner Loop Construction
• We facilitate the connection but do not perform the physical concrete work

Inner Loop Construction offers professional concrete construction and repair services, including commercial concrete paving, parking lot construction, foundation work, concrete slab installation, warehouse flooring, and concrete restoration services.

Service Agreement

All services are provided subject to a written agreement between the client and Concrete Contractors of Grand Prairie. The agreement will specify:

• Scope of work and project specifications
• Project timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Change order procedures
• Responsibilities of both parties

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in the service agreement. Generally:

• A deposit may be required to schedule work
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon substantial completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All payments are non-refundable once work has begun

No Guarantees of Project Outcomes

While we connect you with experienced service providers, we make no guarantees regarding:

• Specific project timelines or completion dates
• Final project costs or pricing accuracy
• Exact match to example projects shown on this website
• Specific aesthetic or functional outcomes
• Availability of materials or labor at quoted prices

All project outcomes, timelines, and costs are subject to various factors including site conditions, material availability, weather, and unforeseen complications. Example projects displayed on this website are for inspiration only and do not represent guaranteed results. Actual outcomes will vary based on project specifications, location, and conditions.

Warranties and Service Provider Limitations

Any warranties for completed work are provided directly by Inner Loop Construction, not by this referral service. Inner Loop Construction may offer warranty coverage on their work, which typically includes:

• Coverage terms as specified in their service agreement
• Limitations and exclusions as outlined in their contract
• Procedures for warranty claims handled directly with Inner Loop Construction

This referral website makes no warranties regarding the work performed by Inner Loop Construction. All warranty claims must be addressed directly with the service provider.

Limitation of Liability

Concrete Contractors of Grand Prairie shall not be liable for:

• Consequential or incidental damages
• Delays caused by weather, acts of God, or client changes
• Damage to underground utilities not identified in plans
• Issues arising from improper site preparation
• Loss of use or business interruption

Permits and Regulations

The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals required for the project. Concrete Contractors of Grand Prairie will assist with permit applications when requested, but final responsibility rests with the client.

Safety and Site Conditions

Concrete Contractors of Grand Prairie maintains strict safety standards and holds all necessary certifications. We reserve the right to stop work if unsafe conditions are encountered. The client agrees to:

• Provide safe access to the work site
• Ensure utilities are marked and protected
• Comply with all site safety requirements
• Report any safety concerns immediately

Changes and Modifications

Any changes to the original scope of work must be documented through a change order signed by both parties. Change orders may affect project timeline and cost. Verbal changes are not binding without written confirmation.

Non-Circumvention Agreement

By using this referral service and being connected with Inner Loop Construction, you agree to the following non-circumvention terms:

• You will work exclusively with Inner Loop Construction for any projects initiated through this referral service
• For a period of 24 months from your initial contact, you agree not to circumvent this referral relationship by contracting directly with Inner Loop Construction without our involvement
• If you engage Inner Loop Construction for additional projects within the 24-month period, standard referral terms apply
• This agreement protects the referral relationship that connects you with qualified service providers

After the 24-month period expires, you are free to engage Inner Loop Construction directly without referral obligations.

Provider Disclosure Limitations

While we carefully select our service provider partner, we have limitations on what we can verify and guarantee:

• We do not control Inner Loop Construction's day-to-day operations or business practices
• We do not guarantee their licensing status, insurance coverage, or certifications (though we conduct initial verification)
• We recommend you independently verify their credentials before entering into contracts
• We are not responsible for any misrepresentations made by the service provider
• Contract terms, pricing, and project scope are negotiated directly between you and Inner Loop Construction

We encourage all customers to request proof of insurance, licensing, and references directly from Inner Loop Construction before committing to any project.

Termination

Either party may terminate the referral relationship with written notice. Upon termination:

• Any ongoing projects with Inner Loop Construction remain subject to your direct agreement with them
• The non-circumvention period remains in effect for connections made prior to termination
• We will cease forwarding new inquiries on your behalf

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
