Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Concrete Contractors of Grand Prairie, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Concrete Contractors of Grand Prairie provides professional concrete construction and repair services, including but not limited to:

• Commercial concrete paving and flatwork
• Parking lot construction and resurfacing
• Foundation construction and repair
• Concrete slab installation
• Warehouse and industrial flooring
• Concrete restoration and repair services

Service Agreement

All services are provided subject to a written agreement between the client and Concrete Contractors of Grand Prairie. The agreement will specify:

• Scope of work and project specifications
• Project timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Change order procedures
• Responsibilities of both parties

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in the service agreement. Generally:

• A deposit may be required to schedule work
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon substantial completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All payments are non-refundable once work has begun

Warranties and Limitations

Concrete Contractors of Grand Prairie warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner using industry-standard materials and practices. Our warranty coverage includes:

• Material defects for one year from completion
• Workmanship defects for one year from completion
• Exclusions for normal wear, damage, or improper maintenance
• Void warranties for modifications by others

Limitation of Liability

Concrete Contractors of Grand Prairie shall not be liable for:

• Consequential or incidental damages
• Delays caused by weather, acts of God, or client changes
• Damage to underground utilities not identified in plans
• Issues arising from improper site preparation
• Loss of use or business interruption

Permits and Regulations

The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals required for the project. Concrete Contractors of Grand Prairie will assist with permit applications when requested, but final responsibility rests with the client.

Safety and Site Conditions

Concrete Contractors of Grand Prairie maintains strict safety standards and holds all necessary certifications. We reserve the right to stop work if unsafe conditions are encountered. The client agrees to:

• Provide safe access to the work site
• Ensure utilities are marked and protected
• Comply with all site safety requirements
• Report any safety concerns immediately

Changes and Modifications

Any changes to the original scope of work must be documented through a change order signed by both parties. Change orders may affect project timeline and cost. Verbal changes are not binding without written confirmation.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client remains responsible for payment for completed work
• Client must pay for materials ordered for the project
• Concrete Contractors of Grand Prairie will provide an accounting of costs incurred

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
